Shin Yun-bok, The Artist of Chosun

신윤복(1758~1814)은 조선왕조를 대표하는 풍속화가입니다. 신윤복은 현실을 긍정하고 낭만적인 풍류와 해학을 강조하는 화가였으며, 선술집의 풍경을 다룬 작품 [주사거배, 술집에서 술잔을 들다] 또한 조선시대의 단면을 엿볼 수 있는 높은 가치의 그림입니다.

The name "Sally Salon" was inspired by a famous painting from the Chosun Dynasty by Shin Yun-bok. His work, "Raising a Glass in a Salon (注舍擧杯)", portrays a lively scene of aristocrats enjoying a social gathering in a salon, providing a vivid glimpse into the everyday life of the time.
